I love Thanksgiving. All of it—the cooking, the meal, gathering with loved ones (and usually a few new friends) in gratitude.
When gratitude is expressed, giving thanks is active. Loving energy is shared. Receiving, the other side of giving, is active, too. There is circulation in the act of giving thanks. These two facets complete the picture of Thanksgiving—giving thanks.
I know, I know. Thanksgiving Day in the US is busy. You’re traveling, cooking or watching football! In the midst of busyness, why not give to yourself? There is no better way to truly nourish yourself. I think it makes turkey and cranberry sauce taste even better, too!
Let’s do this together. Join me for a FREE Thanksgiving Meditation, live on Thursday, November 26th. And if family and friends are with you, they are invited, too! You don’t even need to be celebrating the holiday. Wherever you are in the world, you are invited and included. We’ll all be on video together!
When we come together like this, there is energy created that extends into the world. The world needs this.
We’ll be gathering on Zoom. If you haven’t been on it yet, it is a live video platform and is free for you to join me. I’ll speak about the gifts of Thanksgiving, followed by silent meditation. You’ll have time to share your experience if you’d like. Having a bad hair day and rather stay invisible in your pajamas? You have options. You can call into the Zoom meeting by phone, or you can join in by web and click the “turn off video” button.
Space is limited to the the first 50 participants. That’s what Zoom can handle.
